Delete Account
There is no sign-up to delete
unmoved never asks you to sign up. Your data lives only on your iPhone, so we hold nothing about you on any server.
Delete your data
- Touch and hold the unmoved icon on your Home Screen.
- Tap Remove App, then Delete App.
This permanently removes everything: what you skip, your taps, totals, past weeks and milestones. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it.
Cancel your subscription
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. To stop paying:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Tap unmoved, then Cancel Subscription.
Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Emails you sent us
If you wrote to us and want that conversation deleted, email Contact us and we will remove it.
